We are a mobile esthetics piece which means we drive to you! The products we use are Circadia and Dermalogicia. All new clients are required to get a new client facial as the first service booked. Important piece of information: We will have a convenience fee of $1 a mile to offset the cost of gas.

Our Policies

So We are all on the same page!

Deposits

All bookings require a 10% deposit fee. This deposit goes towards your service!

This is to protect both you and myself from any time being wasted.

Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel at any time even within 24 hours.

Your deposit will go towards the rescheduled service if it’s within 3 weeks of the service.

If it’s after 3 weeks you will need to rebook and put down a new deposit.

Tardiness and No Shows

Life happens, we get it! Grace is 15 minutes, anything after that your appointment will be cancelled and you can reschedule at a different time.

No call/no show - Your deposit will be forfeited and if you choose to rebook again you will have to pay a NEW deposit fee.

Just like you value my time, I value yours. If I’m late you will receive an automatic 40% on your service.

Refunds

This is a service based business, unfortunately there will be no refunds. If you are unpleased with any service or have any concerns and complaints, PLEASE let me know and we can come to an agreement of some sort.
